Now

What’s a now page? ‘What is this person focussed on at this point in time.’

Working on

• A mobile camera app using: Flet/Django/DBOS for the processing pipeline, hosted on Fly.io : it’s all Python and it’s all nicely simple and succinct
• A boardgame: Currently known as ‘Cops and Robbers’ or maybe ‘Heist!’
• 3D printing and designing- and especially getting 3D printer to work as a pen plotter. Just have to get the G-Code to work.

Reading

• Infinite Jest: Disorienting for the first few hundred pages, but now I’m familiar with the style, I’m utterly engrossed.

Learning

• Methodologies for developing in collaboration with AI: eg: how DDD,Agile, TDD and all those other good ideas need to adapt to the our new AI tools
• DBOS - Durable workflow
• Data-star: Reactive web apps using server side rendering
• Crew.ai- AI; What a time to be alive.
